Search & Download Records

There are three primary ways to search and save data from SCAN

1. Download a backup copy of your data.  Go to your collection page. Click on the pencil (upper right side of page). Under Administration Control Panel (General Maintenance Tasks) Click on Download Backup Data File. 
2. Spatial Module. Under the Search tab select Spatial Module (see Spatial Module user guide. 
3. Search Collections. Below is a step by step guide to “Search Collections” and download data for a region, taxon, and or collection dataset.
