SCAN Portal Problems

TACC finished with maintenance, SCAN back up on Thursday, March 12 at 5PM MST  – Neil Cobb

TACC shut down SCAN on Thursday, March 12 at 9AM MST for approximately 3 hours while they perform maintenance – Neil Cobb

TACC server went down 4:00PM MST 2/12/20   – restored 8:20PM MST 2/12/20, February 13. Neil Cobb

SCAN is back up and running 1:18 PM MST – Neil Cobb                TACC is going through maintenance on multiple database servers, the SCAN portal will be operating by the afternoon 9:37 (MST) 2/4/2020 – Neil Cobb

The search feature for records is currently not working, should be fixed within a few hours 1/25/20  – 8:50AM (MST) Neil Cobb – Fixed 1/25/20  – 11:52AM

Two problems reported and were addressed on 11/2/2019

1. Today, we are entering onto the Scan input form.  When we ‘save’ at the bottom of the page, the page is eventually saved, but the ‘save’ button stays grey and will not advance to the next screen.  This occurs on at least three of the computers this morning and must be a new issue.  We are getting around it by either choosing a new blank page from the top >>+ button or going back a page << and going to the bottom right to choose carry info onto next page. PROBLEM SOLVED BY 11/3/2019

2. Overall sluggishness…. BETTER ON 11/3/2019 BUT NOT AS FAST AS OTHER TIMES
